What types of simulators are available for rent?

We offer Tier 1 (e.g. GARRA, ALMA, TERRA), Tier 2 (Formula Motion Ultimate, GT‑NASCAR‑Drift Motion Ultimate), and Tier 3 (Formula FX, GT/NASCAR/Drift/Rally rigs) racing simulators

How do tiers differ in features and pricing?

Tier 1 features high‑end FIA‑approved motion systems and premium components (starting at ~$650–699/day for 30‑day packages), Tier 2 offers advanced motion at mid‑range price, Tier 3 is entry‑level motion (starting around $240/day)

Who uses these simulators?

Ideal for corporate events, trade shows, product activations, private parties, film shoots, or dealer showroom experiences

Where are your simulators available?

We cover all of the continental U.S., servicing coast‑to‑coast events

What additional services are available?

Sim experts onsite, event reception staff, VIP lounge area, photo/video team, lead capture, competition mode, live music, modular flooring, broadcast integration and branding support 

What are your pricing packages?

Rates vary by tier and duration: Tier 1 from ~$650–699/day (30‑day), Tier 2 mid‑range, Tier 3 from ~$240/day (30‑day). One‑day, multi‑day, and 30‑day packages available

Do you deliver and handle setup?

Yes, full delivery, setup, teardown and logistics managed by our team.

Do you offer osite technical support?

Yes, a sim expert or technician can be present throughout your event, especially for larger activations 

Can the simulators be branded or customized?

Yes—wraps, decals, custom livery, branded leaderboard graphics and integrated media are available.

Is VR supported?

VR upgrade is available as an optional extra along with motion tiers 

What power or connectivity do you need onsite?

Standard event power plus fast Wi‑Fi; we bring equipment but require basic utilities at your venue.

What are the space requirements?

Space needs vary by rig: motion units require floor space and clearance—typically 5–8 ft around; bespoke layout planning provided on request.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates and packages fill fast. To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least several weeks before your event.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Typically require an upfront deposit (e.g. 50 %) to secure a booking; balance due before delivery.

What is competition mode?

A feature that enables multiplayer racing with standardized settings, leaderboards and branded scoring for tournaments or brand activations

Can you support multimedia or live broadcasting?

Yes, we offer big‑screen projection, live event broadcast systems, and dedicated media team options.
